Hi, I’m Curt.
I don't sit still. Never did. I was told I asked too many questions. My brain is always chasing the next big idea.
And as a lover of technology and student of human behavior, I believe I am uniquely positioned to help leaders address the current moment — at the intersaction of humanity and a burgeoning technological experience in the form of AI.
Restless energy. Curiosity. A drive to create.
I help leaders protect what makes us human in an AI-driven world. I bring more than frameworks to the table — I brings presence through disarming humor, insight-rich storytelling, and a human-first lens. I challenge audiences to rethink how they work, lead, and connect and remind them what truly matters.

I still talk a lot.
As a trusted voice to Fortune 100 companies and fast-scaling teams, I speak on the non-automatable traits that drive trust, relevance, and performance in a system built for speed. My work blends sharp insight, stand-up humor, and deep care for what gets lost when we let machines lead the moment.
I've had the profound privilege of delivering more than 500 keynote addresses in front of hundreds of thousands of leaders on 4 continents and 48 states, including senior executives at the world’s largest companies across nearly every industry.

I still ask a lot of questions.
I help leaders protect attention, ignite imagination, and reclaim what makes us human in a world built for machines.
Having spent years observing and researching human attention, behaviors, and their effects on the workplace, I assist leaders in the implementation of organizational strategies to keep their people working and increase focus.
The result — in addition to an incredible opportunity to interact with world-class leaders — was a bestselling book, Can I Have Your Attention?
That research and the resulting book was the foundational springboard that continues to undergird my work with leaders, and it has even greater application now in the Age of AI.

I still move nonstop.
I was president of my class at Texas A&M University. I started my first business in 2011, joined North America's largest generational research firm in 2013, and became part of a deep tech startup in 2021, all while building my own businesses.
Nowadays, I'm a regular Forbes contributor, a senior executive at Venus Aerospace — where we are developing reusable hypersonic technology that will revolutionize and redefine the boundaries of aviation, defense, and beyond (imagine flying from DFW to London, in less than 2 hours), and I help other leaders who are working to protect and activate what makes us matter in a world built for machines.
We’ve engineered everything but ourselves. I believes it’s time to lead the human system with the same rigor we apply everywhere else.
I'm driven by a few foundational beliefs.
Over the past 20 years, I've partnered with thousands of global leaders—including Fortune 100 CEOs, Olympians, scientists, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs. These beliefs kept me focused on our work and continue to drive my current work in a new cultural moment.
Curiosity Is the Foundation of Adaptive Humanity
It restores wonder, shrinks ego, and keeps us in motion when the map breaks down.
Connection Is the Crucible of Identity
We don’t just work with others—we’re made through others. Meaning requires “us.”
Discernment Is the New Intelligence
In a world drowning in contextless data, wisdom lies in what we choose not to act on.
Imagination Is the Human Multiplier
Our value lies in perspective. The stories only we can tell. The patterns only we can see.
Attention Is the Stewardship of Self
Focus is how we honor what matters. It’s the rarest form of care—in teams, in time, in life.
